You'd be half right, he's one of the last escapees from Raccoon City.
Not one to have his face laughed at, or the fact he has half a tail.
Abigor is one of the creatures who learned to speak, his voice dark and rasping like a chuff and growl.
Living on the outskirts, feeding on ANY prey. Human or not.
Thanks to his infection of the T-Virus and possibly a mutation further along the line, he is immensely regenerative and powerful.
He hunts the streets before the explosion, and makes sure his need is filled by hunting animals, zombies, even when outside the city lines - he'll even resort to bins and your local dog.
The local wildlife and livestock take a beating, but he's rarely spotted.
Wanted by Umbrella, he's very elusive and hard to catch due to his ability to take damage, regenerate and he is pretty much is like a Mr. X/Nemesis like bioweapon.
Just a brainstorm, I really like him. <3
His eyes are a blue/white.
