My sixth OC and first adopt! Adopted in May of 2018, I really love her design and it also started a long kick of me getting interested into more full-on hybrid Pokémon characters. There's a lot of possibilities!

Sylilia ("Sy", pronounced the same as 'sigh', for short)
Father: Sneasel - Mother: Lucario

Likes: Playing pranks, desserts, Tobias' warmth
Dislikes: Restless nights, unpredictable weather
Ability: Refrigerate
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Typing: Fighting/Ice
Sylilia is skilled in hand to hand combat, and can use a variety of ice abilities, including creating and sculpting snow and ice. Unlike normal Lucario, she is unable to sense Aura, but instead, she is able to sense heat sources. If she closes her eyes and concentrates, she essentially has thermal vision. A main drawback of her powers is that she doesn't have full control of her body temperature. If she goes really overboard with her ice powers, she runs the risk of freezing herself from the inside out.

She can be quite mischievous, and has no qualms about pulling a few pranks, such a snowball bombardments in the middle of summer. She can be a little more harsh however, if it means she'll get something she wants. She travels a lot to find comfy environments to live in during different seasons. Her specialty is finding hot springs, and after a night to herself, directs locals to them for modest sums.

Sylilia eventually ran across Tobias on her journeys, accidentally saving his life with one of her pranks. She took a shine to him thanks to his warm personally, but even more so to his body warmth, which helps her keep her own in check. Though she's not above manipulating the Arcanine, having quickly found out multiple ways to beguile him. She now travels with Tobias, frequently using him as a fluffy pillow at night~
