:D thanks..was an old sketch that i worked on when I got better lol the trick is to smear the graphite with tissue paper..then use a rubber eraser for highlights...i was amazed it worked so well lol

and hey, I use the same tricks with paper towel and eraser. in this case, an eraser pen works best in terms on handiness.

the rest looks smudgy. I take it you're laying your hand on a spare sheet of cheap paper? ^^

:D yup..cheap paper is all I own! I really know nothing on good paper and I couldnt afford it even if I did xD most of my stuff is drawn in the crappiest sketchbook on the crappiest paper...but hey...if not that my hand...lol
that and copy paper...its a horrible habit lol

aw. I used to draw on cheap copier paper, too. :) all you have to take account of is that it tends to scan witha blue-ish tint because of the chemical surface enhancements.

here is a thought... once you feel secure enough to offer comissions, why not trading them in for paper and other art supplies? I can purchase 50 sheets of nifty paper for some 8 euro, for example. with shipping and such it is within what I think is a nice bottom for artwork prices. ^^
