One again poor Razira has fallen afoul of some nefarious villain who has done a very thorough job in making sure that she doesn't get away! Between the ropes locking her limbs in place, and the power restraint devices on both her ankles and arms, there's very little she can do but growl and curse at this point.

You do such lovely line art and color work, and all the shiny glowy parts turned out just wonderful! Thank you again for this excellent picture!

Superheroines and rope. A combination most classic

Yep, one of the unfortunate aspects of a heroine's job that occurs from time to time. I hope Razira either finds a way out of her bonds, or has a fellow hero coming to help her.
