Gomer Z. Cooper was supposed to be the only sister of the Cooper Family, but that didn't happen because Goliath hired a witch doctor to spay Rebecca so that she won't have anymore children. The experiment was a success and the witch doctor lied to Rebecca saying that her pre-born daughter died from not breathing and she's never going to have another child again. However, a few years later, Rebecca miraculously became pregnant again and a male raccoon was born.
