HAPPY PAW DAY! While pretty much every day is paw day when you're a pawsexual, I thought I'd mark this one by giving you folks a peek at a slight design tweak to my paws. :) TC has big C3 plantigrade type paws, though I didn't really have a clear reference for them in terms of anything that went into specific sizes, toe taper, placement, etc. This is my rough attempt to work that out. What the end result is ends up being a bit of a hybrid between C2 and C3 paws. To explain it (so far), the two centre toes are the same size and length. So, if we say they are 100%, size-wise, the inner toe is around 115%, and the outer toe is like 85 to 90% size. I feel this makes for a better anatomical layout for a plantigrade foot that has an arch, plus, it kinda separates it from being either purely canine or feline in layout and design. What do you guys think? Should I try to draw up a better version? XD

Ooooo... much appreciated sir. :) He, kinda like we did some back-and-forth ideas for yours a while back. I'm going to try and make a digital, coloured version of this with the info about sizes embedded in the pic, I think. Just wanna make something that I can send along with my ref so artists have something to go on when making the paws.
I like it! It's a really neat hybrid shape, and just for my own personal preference I really do like it this sort of way where the two middle toes are even with each other and the same size, with the outer two more set back like that. So it definitely meets with my approval! <3
I really like this because i know how your mind is churning with imagining 'just right' the foot proportions you love to have, and of course always make the paws bigger. I enjoy that you're enjoying sharing this so much cx

AND YES!!! Wow, cool - what sort of kayak did you end up getting? I'm actually getting another one on Friday! Last September I put an order in for a tandem boat for my wife and I, and it's finally in.
