Insignium is a lot of things. A tribe leader. City founder. Inspirational figure. But he hasn't really taken much liking to babysitting younger dragons.
He tries. And perhaps some may frown upon his methods whenever he took on favors to take care of Rimentus for the day, Insignium still meant well. Can't really expect too much finesse and sensitivity from a hulk of a dragon.
