Well at least its ni-hmmmm...probably should've spotted that when I was looking through your gallery a long long time ago...
Well at least its nice to know that I am not the only one who has a Sceptile OC....except mine barely has any personality just yet and it upsets the shit out of me because oh my god, Ninja is the one thing I'm having the most trouble with when it comes to Sceptile in particular, even my Serperior has fared way better in personality and design! Even though he as well, doesn't have any visual reference as they're both sealed within my mind but at least relatively have some kind of simple-ish design enough to where they both can be developed. Though I feel I can do better with the Sceptile if I were to dig around.....aaaaaaaaaand idea hatched for a minor tweak for my Sceptile's top clothing.
