I didn't start that way. I've been hazardous, cautious, worrisome, nervous, curious, emotionally distant, crass, and as obscure as a shadow, who's very presence was as granted as the air that people breathed. I tried to grow up too fast, tried to live life of 'love'. I didn't have the capability of handling an entire new spectrum of people. Before the "furry days", I had never felt betrayel, as I had never trusted. I never felt loss, as I never loved. I never felt guilt, I felt fear the consequences of my actions would catch up to me. These days, I seek equilibrium. Trust, caution. Love, distance. Friendship, alienation.

We are who we chose to be, I suppose.
