Ambrosio is a grumpy Dutch Angel Dragon, sure many Dutchies have the mentality of a young child but Ambro has learned, studied and managed to actually increase his IP and became very intelligent. Doctors have managed to do a test as he actually has the mentality of an adult human. Sure Ambrosio can't speak but he is able to fully understand multiple languages and what people ask him or tell him to do.
