Rising to his feet, or hooves rather, Chris felt the fat melt away completely. Only a muscular form remained. He glanced himself over, he was larger than he was as a human; he figured he was about 8 feet tall, not counting his ears. His face was still that of a horse, though much smaller and sleeker. His body was completely humanoid, but covered into coarse horsehair. He only had three fingers, thicker than his human digits and ending in thick hard nails that covered his entire fingertips. His legs though suited for bipedal locomotion had a distinctly equine character and ended in hooves.
His memories and his thoughts were in full function, rising above the mere self-awareness he held as a horse to his full human mental capacity. While not one hundred percent satisfied with his bizarre shape, and unsteady on his hooves, Chris felt human. As far as he was concerned his sudden and new change was a symbol of a possible return to his old life, maybe slowly, but probable in the end. Now he was preoccupied with changing his mode of living, with his regained self and mental capacities, his lifestyle as of late embarrassed him greatly.
