Electric-Nero

This is one of the many special powers Nero can be able to use apart from traditional fire.

Nero gets an appearance change and bear lighting markings.

- Nero can zap and taze his enemies by spouting electricity from his hands and/or mentally(and occasionally the mouth).

- He can also build up static to increase the strength of his bolts, but will discharge completely if Nero touches water.

- He can also perform a Volteccer-esq attack where Nero becomes a ball of electricity and bounce off walls, also with that, he can traverse through electrical wires.
