Ah, look. Another bit of wholesome art. After reading about information about Nicole's relationship with time travel in the Archie Comics, I wondered how she would feel about time-travelling with (the twelfth incarnation of) the Doctor, and how she'd think about travelling back to revisit and look back on her past, and the Doctor isn't always sure about taking others to see their own pasts. They do not like changing anything in the course of time, for better or for worse, which they take very seriously as a Time Lord.
Meanwhile, I added myself dressed up in another Twelfth Doctor costume and just sitting down studying funny Latin sentences on Duolingo to add comic relief to this scene, which is not uncommon for either Archie Sonic or NuWho scenes. I even think of both Sonic stories and Doctor Who as emotional rollercoasters, especially the latter, of which there are bits that I cannot take seriously at all (like the Slitheen from series 1 and the Abzorbaloff from series 2) and scenes I can literally barely watch (like losing companions, especially Rose, the Ponds and Clara).
