Is this paid?

Generally, I work on a profit-share model where certain audios go into the online store and VA's who star in those make a timed royalty! This often equals out to a fair bit more than their usual rates etc. Though usually introduction audios are done on a volunteer basis, however, if folks prefer the old-fashioned method I'm very malleable about payment structures. My main thing is VA comfort, and paying people what they're worth. If people choose that option, their first audio goes into the shop rather than hosted for free on the YT channel etc.
