I don't recall unlockable costumes in that game. I think I missed some things.

Apparently there were differences between the floppy disk version and the CD version. The floppy disk version has a bit where you mix and match outfits. Kind of like the paper dolls bit in the comic book. There's some fun outfits in there!

Oh! No, unfortunately. THOUGH, they should have let us. That would have been a funny bonus, especially if different outfits could unlock certain reactions from NPCs.
