A concept comic thing I'm thinking of.
Taking place many much long time in the future, magic has evolved alongside technology. Skrap, a revived corpse of a raptor, continues his work as the hard-boiled detective. Skrap knows that magic has rules -- and when there's rules, someone is going to exploit them. Together with his badger friend Pencil, they uncover massive conspiracies with vigilantes, the magic mafia, rogue AI and corruption.
