Recently saw a clip of hajime no ippo. Since then I've been surfing through the best fights from the series, each one managed to somehow give me some insane adrenaline rush. As a result, I wanted to draw something like this. Unfortunately, I lack any skill with wind and overswing effects that are so abundant in the anime (but help emphasize so well the power behind each punch)
So, yeah, heres another Ragecario for the scrapbook.
I plan to add highlights, and tweak the aurasphere a lot, im not at all satisfied with it. the size isnt what is bothering me, its just simply plain. Lacks any fierce quality to it, but I wanted to upload something for you guys, so here you go ;)

awesomeness! I like how you draw Lucario! look so much more like a martial artist, a connection I didnt make on my own til seeing this!
I couldnt notice earlier because I avoid popular things. I especially try not to look at artwork of characters I like.
I already lost all the respect I had for Miles Prower thanks to rule34 long ago feel so bad for the poor fox...
anyway, awesome work! it looks like it should be animated!

Yeah, im aware of your preference, but personally... I dont think i like that style as much. its harder to draw, it looks awkward as hell at some angles, and overall, i always have view lucario as a wolf type char. I think I may finally drop that attempt to hold the "Pokemon style" muzzle, and proceed here out with the wolf / canid muzzle. I was much more satisfied with it once I got it down.
That look of rage on Lucario's face is epic. I think that Lucario's pose is done well here. Plus, the little aura sphere in his hands does a great job resembling the Kamehameha wave or the Hadouken. I believe that you captured the stances for the attacks quite well. Nice job.
