Well, it *is* complete care....
Personally, I've got this mental image though. Of an orderly there whose only passion in life is to shave cats. People come in.
"I need to have my dog neutered."
"We shave cats!"
"Oh God, my cat got hit by a car!"
"...We shave cats!"
"Uhm, there was this accident with a wood chipper...."
"We shave cats."
"My cat's fur is all matted, and I think he needs to be shaved."
"Sorry, can't help you."
