I wanted to type smut... but then I got to thinking about things that would otherwise play a major role in the terms of Hell. Malygos himself (Creed's 'son' with Islam) was a cruel creature during his father's absence in hell. The only true way for him to actually survive is by consuming the flesh of other Aviur demons and it had gotten so far out of control that Valturez was forced to take action.
It'll be hurting him for awhile... but it was the right choice he thinks. And at least it wasn't by his own hand that the boy was killed.
