This is  dispatch's design for my characters partner. And I'm probably going to keep him because we made a whole adorable back story for them.
;-; I'm sorry people who designed someone for him!!!!

But since I feel like a dick for doing that I'm still going to have a character design contest and post it sometime this week I will make the base so its something similar to what i had for the base to this one of my character and you could make the other one. The contest deadline would probably be 1 - 2 weeks I suppose.
