Calling a beverage must be something interesting...

I know how its to be calling a kind of food. [Because actually some neighbours of mine have a new dog, and they called her "Sushi". ].

Whisky responds well to his name. I got him adopted. I guess the previous owners thought that Husky and Whisky had a nice ring.

On the other hand, my turtles are named Sam and the other Nella. "Sam and Nella"

My parents had a dog called "Québec" because when he was a pup he had a white spot on his forehead in the shape of a white lily (symbol of the province). One day, he escaped and ran away. My aunt was on a bus once during a terrible snowstorm and thought she saw him in a field through the window. She ran to the driver and demanded that he let her out this instant. It must've been quite something to see her all excited to get out of the bus then start running in a snowstorm screaming "QUÉBEC!" at the top of her lungs! Quite the patriotic lady... :p

(what's less funny though, is that Québec was never found...)
