It was the word I came up with to describe "size racists" basically. "Megethos" is greek for "size or height" in general. not restricted to giants or tinies, so I took the "megeth" and added the ist suffix to make megethist.

I mean, that doesn't sound very "serious" It sounds more like a humorous term. it's like saying genderist instead of sexist. it seems less serious by sound alone.

I mean to some extent? sure. but It would be ill advised to have that mentality with literally everything. I want things to feel real in these fantasy worlds. so I have to take bad things from life into consideration, to make them believable. without conflict you really don't have an engaging story.
