Not 100% what I was thinking, but this is actually better than what I was thinking. So let us stick with this pose.
Ivana's position is 90% spot on. Where her shoulders are resting against the couch now is about level to where her wings mount. So she needs to shift up a little more (so that her mid-back is against the couch arm.)
