If you'd allow me to... I'dlove to take up the challenge and create either a one chapter story or even a story with multiple chapters... what I also could do is create a story in the style of an interactive story, meaning: I'd write the introduction chapter and put some chapter ideas into the description, the viewers/readers are then able to place a vote which chapter should be next. Maybe have the voting go for two weeks and I'll select the chapter with the most votes and would post the winning chapter a week later... buuuuut before I do such a thing, I'd rather have your blessing/permission to create a story or interactive story based on this image of yours... Just let me know if you want me to create a one-chapter-story, multiple chapter story or an interactive story where readers/viewers get to decide what type of chapter should happen next.
