If these transformation pills are addictive, they will surely lead to physical decay. I could imagine that at some point the fur no longer disappears completely and then later the body remains more and more that of a tiger. The increase of the dose will surely only lead to the fact that one remains longer a tiger and at the end one is a tiger. I believe the tiger itself is not addicted to the pills, it is the person who enjoys the transformation itself and the time as a tiger. Thus, the addiction is defeated if he is permanently a tiger.
