Looks great so far. For being quite a newbie artist, your proportions are really quite good - the ratio of torso to legs and arms is very good. I will say that I think the main thing to work on is facial expressions. I've noticed that on many of your pieces you have fairly similar expressions/emotions. Aside from that, simple practice and experience will help you to improve and I'm sure that your pieces will continue to get better and better.
