No, no reference to the original Confederate States flag- a bit of a play on words and letters; it is a way to say that he is a handsome fellow. Now we can see the necktie for this featherie compared

If he really leads a company, I'd say he's like Bill Gates or Warren Buffett, not really Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk if he does give such insights to the public. But certainly, if he were like that, he would be in my eyes, Ben Stein. Guess he's too smart to be at the rave; and I don't think he's going to Toronto overnight to be at the MLB game...
