Me and Housemate did it!!! we finally beat the Insanity workout/challenge!
(we beat it a week ago, but i didn't have time to do a victory picture)
IT WAS SO HARD . considering we started as couch potatoes
the results are amazing. so we decided to try and restart it soon, after a week of rest.
anyway, rather than blather on about it , enjoy <3
