a 3d model I'm working on, any tips?

This is my first attempt at a 3d model, I like how it's turning out, but I want to know if there are any 3D model makers out there that have any tips on how to improve what I have? this is for a Player Model for Garry's Mod, and if I can end up rigging it properly, I might be able to use it for animation. :)
