Weapon idea is from  poke5869,  mitchell45 and  Jenny the RenaGatomon

The three of them had the idea for three divine weapons for the 3 kingdoms. Two were already in the works, so I jumped at the opportunity to make the third. This bow is based on Suicune, and as it’s name suggests, when the rainbow arrows are fired into the sky, it will start to rain. The arrows even leave behind a rainbow trail as their sent flying. It has built in arrow coater from Monster Hunter bows for applying coatings to add more power. This will be part of a new series of pics called weapon workshop. This would specialize in weapons from the Ragtag Rogue’s universe, so they’ll have elements from Monster Hunter, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy and other games.
