My half of a two-sided badge for Silverwuff.
I like the concept of the two-sided badge, as it means never having to worry about whether or not one's badge has flipped over. (It does present some interesting design issues, though. First, both sides must be drawn to the same orientation - Portrait or Landscape. Since Indigo was drawing the other side of this one and she was using Portrait, I had to keep this one Portrait as well. Which meant fitting a 6-foot-something wolf and his 12-foot-something wingspan in a narrow space. Now, I love drawing wings - I was all "wings wings wings wings wi-...wait, I have to keep this within a 4x6 box. @_@;" In hindsight, I should've changed my angles or at the very least picked a pose that allowed me to fold them up and over, instead of to the side, so that they didn't get cropped. Ah well.)
Anyways. I need more discipline in making badges on pre-cut rectangles, and promise to get better at it.
In the meantime, this badge was much fun. I shall add a link to
indigoangelcat's side of it when/if she posts it.
