Here's what Max would look like as a Cyndaquil and Quilava

Important Notes:
Cyndaquil Max only has two curls, Quilava Max has four, Typhlosion Max has six.
Max didn't get his glasses until he evolved into a Quilava.
They were later modified to also function as 'Wise Glasses', his 'held item'.
Max has always had six flame spots.

Will mostly like see these forms when de-evolution shenanigans or PMD themes are involved.
