i really like her shoes. Designing footwear for animal feel can be a challenge. Hoofs are like toes so naturally shoes with heels work well but imagining a real deer in those might not work. lol
i also never noticed her pupils until now. it's a cute design choice! She almost looks like she's looking at (and craving) a glass of milk.
