Gotta love it when it is both sunny and stormy all at the same time.
It has happened twice when it was dry in the front yard of a house I was in and raining in the backyard at the same time. It has happened twice in my life, so far. I love freaky weather.
Just last night, there was some particularly loud, rumbling thunder that caused a nearby appliance in my house to shake, as well as the whole house. It was pretty cool.
