Well if there was a daughter/granddaughter she'd probably reach adulthood in the late 80's/early 90's right as having enormous breasts became all the rage thanks to things like Jerry Springer, Playboy, & Pamila Anderson, however, unlike her contemporaries she'd be all-natural (though people wouldn't stop mistakenly believing she'd gone under the knife) thus making her hugely popular.
Furthermore, speaking of genetics I wonder if by then Red would still be smoking hot (i.e. a GILF) so that she, Fannie, and the hypothetical granddaughter could all pose together like that one infamous mother & daughter shoot.
