i seriously hope not, i've met people like that and it's no fun.

its more of a facade. ive healed raids for fun, so i wouldnt just leave people with nothing, haha.

Do NOT mess with the party healer

Hey, it's OUR job to go out there and fight things, it's not our fault the game/other players fight back.

My souse is the healer and once in FFXIV, tank kept running ahead and getting himself killed. After tank dying and both DPS she said fuck you, and finished the boss of solo. Don’t fuck with healers

Sometimes it helps to build a hybrid, I THINK I've seen either DPS' or Tank's with some kind of healing abilities...might actually have been Elder Scrolls Online...since you can more or less build your own class, your not limited to a single skill tree, since skill trees are linked to weapons, armor, class, in-game guild , ETC. (like Mages Guild, Fighters Guild, Undaunted, Psyjic (?) Order, Thieves Guild etc...werewolves and vampires also both have a skill tree). The equipment type/combat style trees are one-handed, two-handed, dual-wield, one-handed and/with shield, destruction staff, healing staff (this is where most healing stuff is that isn't connected to character class), bow, heavy armor, medium armor, and light armor.

Just means if you build right you can heal alongside another side role...

Why do I imagine that becoming some kind of joke character.
XD I could see someone making like a bard or something that's a minotaur, but they run at the first sign of danger.

Closest I've ever come to making a character like that was a pacifist minotaur cleric. Only problem is I think there's only room for one healer.

Probably more practical to charge a licensing fee for additional heals beyond the two freebies -- if things go south in a bad way, you walk away with extra compensation.

We have a saying in Guild Wars 2:

Being a FF14 tank player that can barely remember his rotations and cooldowns, this is why I have an entire Hotbar dedicated to potions. I don't fault healers being like this when I am well aware of my sub-brick intellegence.

Hence why I shy away from being a healer- I just can't handle keeping an eye on people lol. So instead I play summoner and when a friend nags me to play a healer class I just cast Physick and say "I am a healer class see? I'm healing." x'D

The price for regen-only healing is I slow the pace of the dungeon to pack-by-pack c:< can't outstingy the tank

Back in the day, I always got a laugh from the priests who tossed down a lightwell and said, "I'm healing the tank, so use that or die."
