These two characters, Mako (from a Ravnica D&D campaign) and The Hermit (my werewolf player character in Skyrim) quite don't care where the meat they're eating is coming from and they have no problem feasting on humans when they happen to not be on their side (which is "everyone but my buddies" in Makos's case).
During last night's game Mako made supper with the remains of an old lady and The Hermit is notoriously a fan of meat soups.
