Character from a lewd anime called interspecies reviewers. It's about people living in a fantasy world with many different species (some of them furry) and the main characters visit brothels to review the pros and cons of sex with different species. In the episode with this character one of the guys takes a potion that transforms him into a woman because he wants to have a lesbian encounter, but then discovers a hyena might not have been the best species to try that with.
