The tar pit pods burrow up through the sand of the beach over night. Here an unsuspecting beachgoer was out for a late night stroll when he discovered a plump red pod erupting through the sand.
When he went closer to get a better look, a lone tentacle-like appendage emerged from the opening and gently wrapped itself around his neck, and proceeded to enter the man’s mouth and throat.
“Mmmppphhhh!!” The man struggled but it was no use, the appendage swiftly drew him towards the opening of the pod, where warm tar bubbled as it spilled through the lips.
The appendage provided the man with air as the pod began to pull him in head first. The warm, sticky tar clung to his skin as he was submerged in a bath of gooey bliss.
