Unfortunately I don't have an SLR camera, so I don't get no steenking filters. Now, notably after examining the flowers, the blue part is due to dying them, but the rest is natural.
That shot is achieved by strong sunlight and adjustment of focus, ISO speed, aperture, and exposure.
