i suppose he's not as 'mini' as the others, but come on, he's a legendary dog... he's allowed to be a bigger mini, lol.

(sorry to everyone who voted for nidoqueen on the poll, she jumped up after i'd already started on raikou. but i'll get to her eventually, i'm sure. what is it with me and electric pokemon mini-plushies?)

technical stuffs:
minky fur used for everything but the back fluff, which is some sort of poodle-y fur (i don't have purple minky ;A; ), details are hand-painted. The head-dots are fabric paint.

i think he'll be up for sale eventually, but i haven't figured out a fair price yet.
