I really dig the nice, smooth gradient shading. You draw adorable kitties.

what i did to get the shading is when sketching i did cross hatching [cause i love it and it works great for making a gradient if done correctly] and then used the flat of the lead of my pencil and gave a light over-all coverage at first and then darkened it up on the opposite side of the light source. [drawing 101 right there.] basically its just adjusting the pressure put on the lead and going over it with a colorless blender, it's not very hard to do.
