This is the second time my car got involved into a hit and run. The second time! Not as worst as the first one. As usual, I was out the whole day, gotta do some driving because we got chores to do family stuff right? It's been a year I haven't drove into Manhattan but that's not the point of how people drive.
I was parked and I was staying in the car because I was waiting for my mother and there is no parking available so I parked at the fire hydrant so I won't be able to block traffic. What happened was there's this guy... middle aged guy. The car he was driving is a Toyota Highlander with a New Jersey license plate. I find this guy funny of his actions as he was trying to park the spot in front of me as a lady was leaving. Right away this guy has never driven much and you can see he's a noob and such a panicky way. As he was trying to back down straight without checking his mirrors... he scraped along side of my car and didn't EVEN NOTICED A THING! He kept going until he stopped at my entire left side door. Now my car has a huge scratch now. I was mad I tell ya, I got out and said without swearing; "What is wrong with you?? You scratched my car!!" Everyone... the look on this guy's face went soooo pale... he couldn't respond. Can't say a word. He was in a state of shock what I saw his face. I was busy looking at the mess that I didn't even get a good look at the license plate, he GUNNED it running two red lights as he fled. I was very mad then, I'm still quite upset at this moment as I'm writing this.
My car became a huge target for some reason. This car went through multiple small hit and runs a few little dents here and there but... it really hurts that my car looks like a junkie. I never gotten into an accident in my last 5 years of driving, it's the other people who makes my car looks like I drive like a shit head. I don't know what else to say, but I'm just angry at all this and the rough week of over worked I've been dealing with.
On the side note, yes my car is dirty because the area I drive to work has a cement factory over there, the roads near there are super muddy and dusty depending on weather.

I would suggest a nomadic slide hammer dent puller if you have access to a 20+ gal air compressor. No holes to fill and paint like a regular slide hammer and a stud welder that you may only use once.
The cheap repair is a 2x4 and a panel removal tool. Use a hammer and pound on the 2x4 from behind and it will get most of the dent out. I have used both and no matter what their is still a little dent from the crease of the dent making it a harder metal to bend back in shape.
My only incident happened and I wrote the license plate number down with a note pad I always keep in my truck.
