Just a little instrumental funky jazz chill song, proving to myself that I CAN play slow and chill with brush sticks when I want to... :P This song is the sound of a lonely poor kid smoking a doobie underneath a highway overpass bridge beside a canal. He sits there, watching the gentle sprinkling rain in the puddles around him, contemplating life... and getting high. As he finishes, he stealthily peers up over the edge of the bridge to look for cops and when the coast is clear, disappears into the fog of the night...

Actually, I see the lonely kid walking back from school with his bag on his back, striding through the urban landscape with a solid stride; passing alleys where drunks are passed out next to brown paper bags. The hooker on the opposite corner lives in the building next to him, and all he has to look forward to at home is another ramen dinner and his wino mother passing out at her boyfriends crib again.

It's whatever you make it, man. :) Everyone will have their own interpretations, yours is quiet interesting and I like it. From my personal perspective upon creating this piece, it was the music playing in my head after I smoked a joint under a bridge and then walked home thinking about the fact that I would be homeless within a few days.
