Noa was, as many would call, a Pokemaniac. An individual with an intense love of Pokemon that bordered on the desire of wishing to be one. Hailing from the region of Kanto, Noa tended to be rather shy about their own appearance, and even tended to suffer from intense social anxiety, and it was only thanks to their Meowth outfit that they had the courage to fully interact with others.

When word got out about the Pokemorph epidemic in Leazon, Noa became glued to all the coverage, as well as followed the online exploits of various already morphed individuals as they posted and blogged about their experiences.

Eventually, Noa decided to head off to Leazon in an effort to become a Pokemorph.
