the file you got seems to be a screenshot, judging by the name of the file and even then, at least 4/5 of the picture you got is useless for you and should be cjt, if alpha still owns the original file, she at least have to give you a zoom of the character's potraits, with at least the same resolution of the picture you got, you payed a lot of money for this adopt, and it would be disrespectful if she refuses

I'll see what I can do...maybe the full ref I plan on getting will have a higher quality

i hope so, but be sure to check carefully an artist uploads before asking them for art, especially file resolution
