Here is Page 37 from Across Thin Ice, first of the Nordguard graphic novels.
Across Thin Ice will be 75 or so pages of turn-of-the-20th-century arctic adventure, printed in full color from Sofawolf Press, a PG13 rating for bloody violence.

This looks like the purdiest comic since Blacksad. Can't wait to get a copy.
If I may suggest, it feels like the top panels visually flow down first, then right, so perhaps you might consider switching the "Ice can be a tricky thing" and "you're safe one minute..." speech bubbles.
Also, having "but" and "though" in the same sentence is redundant. Sorry for the unsolicited crit. My intentions are good!

Hey, a little friendly critique for you:
In panel four, the character says "But don't let a little growl in the ice scare you though, doc." "But" and "though" in that sentence are superfluous.. you only need one of them. If you say it aloud, you can tell that it sounds a bit off
Otherwise, keep up the good work :)

This is coming along so wonderfully, I'm sitting here trying to figure out how you did that nice effect on the ice.
And while I wish that the other dog was a wiener, my guess is either chocolate lab or Chesapeake Bay retriever?
