Posessing the basic cell coding of all bionids on Earth, Artificial Neo Intelligence-ANI, has been studied for decades by the Earth's famous scientists, trying to discover the secret behind her abilities, believed by some to be of divine, supernatural origin.

We finally made it to the area where the unidentified object crashed, which was confirmed to be some sort of a ship, almond shaped with platinum coloration. Our men have begun to pull out the ship, which seems to be undamaged. We were unable to compare it's origin or design to any other we have seen in this part of the galaxy, which leaves us to conclusion that this ship, or whatever it is, may have come from the uncharted part of the galaxy...or some place else.
--January 21st, 2071., journal entry by dr. Winston Sterndorf--
For past two weeks we tried to scan the interior of the vessel or locate the entrance, and haven't had any luck in achieving either. Ship seems to occasionally emit a short energy wave that seems to be harmless to organic lifeforms, but all electronics seem to malfunction for a few moments before returning to normal. As days pass by, energy outbursts seem to be less frequent.
--February 12th, 2076., journal entry by dr. Winston Sterndorf--
Energy outbursts have finally disappeared, and we managed to scan the interior of the ship. No interfaces or control panels were detected-there is a possibility that the ship was controlled telepathically or by some other means. We only detected one life sign, but it's energy readings were off the scale. We're still attempting to locate any form of entrance-ship's hull seems to be impervious to all weapons we have in posession.

Ship has finally opened! We didnt detect any signs of hazardous radiation, so me and my colleague, dr. Sterndorf, decided to take a look on the inside. Inside of the ship seems to be much bigger than the outside, something we have never seen before. And we have found the source of the readings we were picking up-small, octagonal shaped box with some sort of jewel on top of it. As we picked it up, we suddenly began to hear a strange, feminine voice, speaking in a language none of our translators were able to recognize. I will supervise the studying of this object, while dr. Sterndorf has decided to furtherly examine the ship.

Galactic Federation had sent us some of the finest scientists from Reulus IV and Nimarna, dr. Ilias Ketlem and Rigros T'Hanma. In these two months not even they were able to translate the language, but one thing was certain-whatever is this object, it's sentient, and it is trying to communicate with us. My colleague, dr. Sterndorf has found some amazing discoveries while studying the ship-it's core gives it the ability to travel from one side of the galaxy to another in a matter of seconds by warping the time and space. There is a great possibility that this ship could travel between galaxies within minutes, which means it may have come from another side of the universe.

We rushed to the containment lab after we heard the alarms, meaning something has happened there. When we entered the room, we saw that the object has connected itself to our computers, downloading the data about languages of Earth. We tried to disconnect it, but haven't succeeded without heavily damaging the computer terminal. All of sudden, the object began speaking to us in English, with the same feminine voice we heard when we first picked it up. It gave us instructions about "resetting the essence to the solid form", opening itself and exposing some tubes that looked like they were small containers. After examining their contents, we have realized we are dealing not just with a new form of life, but a new form of genetic code itself. The very DNA seemed to be a mix of organic and nanotech origin. The voice instructed us to inject all of it in the jewel located on top of the container. As soon as we did it, the room was enveloped in a blinding light, causing everyone in the room to lose their consciousness. By the time we awoke, there was a small humanoid sitting on the desk, observing us. My colleagues looked at each other, both confused and amazed at the same time. We didn't even know at the time with what kind of discovery we were dealing with.

We spent the past few years examining our new friend, who was equally curious about us as much as we were about her, and taught her about our own world. She didnt seem to remember who or what she is, all she could tell us is the name of her home planet, Ceresium, but she couldn't pinpoint it's location on our charts. We asumed she either suffered some sort of amnesia during the materialization or she indeed came from another part of the universe. Her energy readings, although relatively more stable than they were in the past, were still hard for us to read-it was as if she was the living power source. Despite her biomechanical appearance, she was able to process our food, even the fluids or fruits that are poisonous for us humans, and seems to be immune to effects of radiation and EM pulses. Despite her somewhat fragile and gentle appearance, she posseses enough strength to lift a shuttle without putting too much effort to it. The ship in which she was found served as her resting place, as she seemed to feel much safer and comfortable when inside it.
She also seems to be able to communicate with our computers without touching the control panels or connecting with them physically, and sometimes even talks to them. The other day, one of the computers broke down, and she began crying when our repair crew analyzed it and said we'll have to replace it. Few moments later, she approached it and put her hand on it and a couple moments later, computer was back online, much to our amazement-she seems to also posess the ability to repair machinery that seems to be broken beyond repair, something that, as even our colleagues, dr. Ketlem and dr. T'Hanma confirmed, no other machine or living being posesses. We furtherly tested her abilities when we took her to a junkyard where we picked one of the scrapped ships. She put her hand on it, and after several minutes ship's missing parts began materializing out of nowhere and damaged parts suddenly returned to normal, bringing the ship back to functional mode.

Today, an old friend and colleague scientist, Stan Collins, came to visit me with his wife Roseanne and their only son, Andrew who seemed to have quickly made friends with ANI (named by our colleague, dr. T'Hanma, as a shortened form of Artificial Neo Intelligence), and frequently visited her. Our superiors didnt seem to be fond of someone outside the facility to interact with her, but after seeing how happy and more cooperative she was when he was around, he was given permission to visit her whenever he wanted. She seemed to be very curious about the outer world, but the data she received from computers wasnt enough for her so we asume she wanted to ask someone who lives there- they would talk for hours in her ship, she would be asking him about the cities, ways how people live, science, and wars. After some time she began calling him her brother, much to everyone's surprise. When asked about why she decided to call him that way, she explained "he's the first outsider I ever bonded with spiritually. One who is close to me, is my brother or sister, as much as I consider all of you here my family, my parents."

Sorrowful news have arrived to me. Dr. Collins and his wife were killed in the terrorist's attack on one of our facilities, and their son, Andrew, is in critical condition with little to no chances of survival. After visiting him, I realized why- large portions of his body were missing, and he was connected to the life support. ANI demanded to see him, seemingly frustrated and nearly attacking our superiors when they denied her request. After some time she was allowed to visit him. She began crying the same moment she saw him in the life support chamber, asking if there's any way to save him. After some time, she demanded to bring his chamber to her ship, asking us to give her a chance. We quickly transfered him there, but the moment we did so, doors closed behind her, not allowing anyone else to enter. Several minutes later, ship slightly began to hover over the ground, enveloped with a strong energy barrier. When we tried to scan the interior, all sensors melted, but a moment before it happened, I was able to see something I will never forget for as long as I live. Inside of the ship seemed as if it stretched itself, with lights showing up on the floor. ANI herself increased in size, becoming some sort of energy being as her skin disappeared and some sort of wings appearing on her back. She enveloped Andrew in a sphere of light, holding it above her. That was all I could see before monitor exploded, as we immediately rushed back to the ship. Three hours have passed before doors opened again and we entered the ship. Everything inside it returned to normal, with ANI sitting in the center while holding Andrew in her arms-his body fully recovered.
