And another story request for 
kaafan10 To be honest, I sort of cheated a little and started on the story a little early before this month, but close to the end of his month is his birthday, so that would give me extra time to do his special surprise birthday gift. Now settle down everyone, it's time for Rarity's tale.
At Rarity's boutique, her daughter Beauty was at the counter, taking a customer's request for a fancy like onesie suit.
She said, "Of course mister, I'll be back in just a second." She got down from the counter by landing on his padded tushie, as she then waddled off to let her mom know of a new clothing to make. Rarity was finishing up with a newly designed dress that show's off the padded tushie of wearers, and that made Beauty giggled, getting her mom's attention.
"Why hello darling, like my new wardrobe I created?" She asked.
"It looks great mommy! Also, a customer requested a onesie suit." Beauty told her.
"My my, formal and foalest I see." She giggled as she looked over at the colt who requested it. "Do you require anything to go along with it monsieur?"
"Oh well, think you can make the onesie flap for it a bit bigger? I was planning to wear a Foal Pony diaper to the party." He blushes.
"Aww, what a cute idea. I'll see to it and maybe add some cute decoratives to your suit."
"Thank you." He smiled, still blushing as he left the boutique. Rarity and Beauty giggled, as she then switched out the pony mannequins and got out a pack of Foal Pony diaper from it's pack and wrapped it around the mannequin's butt.
"Hehe, I bet you use these as practice to change my diapers mommy." Beauty giggled.
"On the contrary, Sweetie Belle was the one that helped me get use to diaper changes." Rarity said, surprising Beauty.
"Auntie Sweetie!?"
"Yup, come to think of it, she was the one that got me to become so motherly to her, you and daddy."
"Tell me! Tell me! Tell me!"
"Sweetie..."
"Oh, please?"
"Alright then."
"Yay!"
"It started about a few years back, I was doing my usual wardrobe inventory when I heard crinkling. I investigated the entire boutique till I finally went into Sweetie's room. Once the door opened she froze in place. Shocked, embarrassed, and very worried. She started to tremble like I was a Timberwolf about to pounce on her. But I calmly hugged her and eased her worries, as she explained everything about why she was wearing diapers and wanted to be a little filly again. So I told her of course, and that she was always my little filly. She felt so relieved that she snuggled against me. I never felt such love like that in ages."
"Awe, that's super sweet!" Beauty smiled.
"It is, thought once I knew this, she started asking me for changes now and I was a bit unsure about it. But I did what she wanted and changed her, and it wasn't really that bad. Though the number two's were a different story." Beauty giggled. "Anyway, after those diaper changes, I became more and more concern with Sweetie's brands, saying that she need much thicker diapers. Then I used her into making a onesie for a customer that didn't need one, and she had to pee very badly. At one point when she was with a friend's house, I put that motherly figure onto an actual customer, I even diapered him up and gave him a rattle and pacifier." Rarity said.
"Wait, how you get a diaper big enough to fit him?" Beauty asked.
"Magic my dear, I knew a growth spell and used that to make the diaper bigger."
"Oh, okay."
"Luckily he didn't press and charges on me, in fact he instead comes by every week and asked for certain outfits to go along with his foalish garments." She giggled.
"Hehehe! I think you made him happy."
"I certainly did." Rarity blushes.
"So what got you into diapers, since Auntie Sweetie didn't."
"Well, honestly it was my own fault for that, I say a pamphlet for a new spa and I invited Twilight to go with me, since the rest of my friends were busy at the time. However later on in the new spa, I discovered that it wasn't really a full out spa, but a secret nursery area to act like overgrown foals. They even have some special soaps to make your body feel like an actual foal." Rarity explained.
"Let me guess, you had that special soap?" Beauty smirked, making her mommy blush again.
"Well, aren't you a smart one." She petted her daughter, making her giggle.
"So what happened after that?"
"Well after that, I came back to the place more often, discovering my friends happen to visit there as well. Though I usually was wearing a donkey costume so they didn't notice me, but soon later at a slumber party, we all discovered each others big secret."
"Hehe, donkey costume?"
"I'll explain that later, little one." She booped Beauty's snout. "When the party was over, I would usually go to my friends home like Fluttershy and get treated like a foal by them, or they come to me and be treated as well."
"Does that include Miss Dash?"
"Oh yes, and she was a sweet little foal she is. Though there were some times when she needed a little assertive from me during some specific playdates. Same thing goes for Apple Jack."
"Even Miss Apple Jack!?!" Beauty was shocked.
"Of course, though hers was more forceful, but she was alright with that. We both get a little fun out of it." She cleared her throat.
"What about Pinkie too?"
"Of course, she even throw's some diaper parties with all of us together, even in different areas. Though I didn't enjoy it much, considering we had to change her packed pamps from time to time." Beauty just laughed at that, wetting her diaper in the process. "Hehe, at least this change I'm use to." She picked Beauty up and carried her to the changing table.
"Did Spike get treated like this as well?"
"Of course Spikey got the foal treatment as well, oh he was so adorable when he was blushing during changes. And the custom diapers I made for him he was super happy about. He always did wanted me to change him whenever he uses them, such a cutie." She said, while cleaning her daughter's wet tushie.
"What about daddy? How did you and daddy meet?"
"Oh... I honestly never been asked that lately. Not even my friends asked me that." rarity said, as she finished wiping her daughter.
"Really?"
"I guess they knew how it turned out with BlueBlood being a good colt now, but they never asked how I let him back." She dropped the wet diaper into the diaper pail, and got a fresh diaper after powdering Beauty's butt. "How it started was quite odd; I was working at my boutique doing the usual attending to customers and such, when 'he' entered my boutique."
"Daddy!" Beauty cheered, as her diaper was taped on.
"Correct, however... he and I weren't really in love with each other at first. In fact, during the Gala, I was madly in love with him, but he was a big jerk." Beauty was shocked. "I know it doesn't sound like him, but he was a big jerk. So when I saw him in my boutique, I wanted to yell at him and scare him off my property. But I had some customers with me, and it would not only be unlady like, but also bad for business. So as he came over to me; I could see in his eyes that he remembers me and he was a bit scared. I looked at him in his eyes, barely holding my anger in, as I then kindly ask what he was doing here. And he ask a rather odd request, he asked for a foal onesie."
"That's not odd mommy." Beauty said.
"Well this was before Celestia promoted the diaper law, so back then it was odd." Rarity explained.
"Oh, okay."
"Now this got me confused, so I asked him why he wants a foal onesie. I was also thinking to myself that he wasn't married, and what pony would want to marry him for how awful he was. He answered shyly like Fluttershy would and said, 'It's for a friend.' That surprised me, but he then cleared his throat, explaining that his friend needed a onesie for his foal, and he asked him to get one for him."
"Daddy had friends?" Beauty asked.
"No, he was lying about that, but I didn't know either so I did his request and made the onesie straight away. After he paid and left, I grew too curious about this 'friend' of his, so I disguised myself and followed him all the way to Canterlot to meet his, 'friend'."
"Are you gonna keep doing that?" Beauty asked.
"Don't worry, that was just it. Now, after I was in Canterlot, I followed him for just a bit till well, mommy's best interest's distracted her for some extra touches. And that's when I lost him." Beauty giggled.
"You are always interested in fancy clothing mommy."
"Indeed I am, but after I was finished panicking, I searched every home, restaurant and hotel that was close by to me, until I caught sight of him again, heading towards the Canterlot castle."
"That's where Auntie Tia lives!" Beauty cheered.
"Indeed, and after seeing this, I knew I had to sneak past the guards to stealthily follow him inside. So after I have done that, I followed his trail down to an old library room of sorts, and I saw him enter in. Now I was having second thoughts on going in and busting him, but after the way he treated me before I had to stand my ground. So I trotted over to the doors and busted in, but only to see Celestia, diapering BlueBlood up, and we were all blushed heavily in embarrassment." Rarity blushed a little. Beauty was giggling up a storm from this. "Do I have to change my little foal's soggy diaper again?"
"Hehe, no mommy, I'm dry. I promise!' She giggled.
"Alright then, now, where was I? Oh yes, busting in and blushing madly. So after seeing that, I spotted the onesie that he requested, no longer foal size by in adult colt size, which now clicked in my head that the onesie was for him. I then heard him whining and tearing up, super embarrassed about all this and I felt very bad and ashamed for seeing him like this. But what surprised me was that he told me that he was sorry for doing those horrible things at the Gala, covering his face with his hooves and crying streams for how sorry and embarrassed he was."
"What did you do to him mommy?" Beauty asked.
"I do whenever some foal get's a booboo on their snout. I go up to him, remove his hooves from his face and kisses it." That made Beauty smiled. "And after I finished diapering him up, I removed my disguise and got myself into diapers as well."
"Hehe, can't have just a diaper daddy."
"No you certainly cannot." Rarity smiled, booping Beauty's snout and making her giggle. "Now, that did make him confused, so I told him my secret of loving diapers and how my little sister got me to be use to diapers and how to be so caring and motherly to foals like him."
"And daddy told you how he got into as well?" Beauty asked.
"He certainly did, and he'll tell you that when he get's back."
"So what happened next?"
"Well after I was diapered her, I saw him smiling at me, giving a goofy look on his face. And if you remember what that means-"
"He fell in love with you!" Beauty cheered.
"And what fit the bill for that was I took the onesie I made for him from Celestia's hoof, and duplicated for both of us to wear together."
"What about Auntie Tia mommy?"
"She just smiled and left us to have some playtime together, though she did have and adorable waddle like you do." rarity cooed her daughter, making her blush.
"Mommy!" Her mom chuckled and hugged her.
"Oh I love you sweetie."
"So you friends understood when they saw you and daddy together?"
Well they were stunned at first when they saw us dating, even when we went to the ball together. We all had our diapers under our dresses, we made that our sort of tradition to wear them publicly without notice. However BlueBlood wore a diaper to the ball as well, but he had a cloak spell to hide his, the lucky scamp. But he didn't hide the crinkles that came from his butt." Rarity smirked.
"Hehehe, I bet you gave him some pats to make him blush." Beauty giggled.
"I certainly did. But what surprised me the most was when he asked for my hoof in marriage."
"And you agreed to do it?!" Beauty asked excitedly.
"If I didn't, I wouldn't have the most beautiful sweet foal I have now today." Rarity kissed her daughter's head, making her giggle and blush happily. "After the marriage, the diaper law was presented and we were able to wear diapers publicly without hiding them. And business was booming with requests for adult mare and colt's onesies."
"More than you know it sweetie." BlueBlood said, surprising them both.
"Daddy!" Beauty cheered and ran over to nuzzle him. He nuzzled her back, as Rarity waddled over and nuzzled him.
"What took you so long?" Rarity asked.
"I got stuck in the bouncer during the meeting." BlueBlood blushes.
"I don't blame you, those meeting's are more boring than watching paint dry."
"No kidding."
"Well now that we're all here, how about we got to Aunt Tia's place for some foal time?" Rarity suggested.
"Yeah! I wanted to play with cousin Dusk all day!" Beauty cheered.
"Hehe, alright sweetie, don't flood your diaper now, wait till we're at her castle now." She smirked, making Beauty blush.
"Hehe, she's always so cute when she's excited." BlueBlood smiled.
"And you're so cute when you're the foal of the house." Rarity said, making him blush now.
"Hehe, daddy is gonna be the foal when we get there!" Beauty giggled. Soon enough they closed up the boutique as they traveled to the castle of Canterlot and met up with Celestia and her son Dusk, as the two fillies played house together, as BlueBlood was their foal to raise.
