I'm going to be trimming down one of the cheeks momentarily, since it turned out larger in the photos than I expected(Although this headform s down one ear, so thats probably why its a bit larger on one side). First cat I've done in a while, was a nice change of pace :3

Yeah, the third one is kinda lulzy. When he changed into that in the show I had to giggle. But I can see that the commissioner has gone for something between that and the feral form which would have been a bit cooler, so the costume should look cool finished (see, I finished by getting back on topic! :D Just!)
I think they mean GLUING SEAMS is unprofessional- which I agree with. All the seams on my heads are sewn, but in order to get them to perfectly conform to your headform, once the 'skin' of the head is sewn, you want to glue it down into all the little crevices and crannies and stuff.
